"I will be looking for a new agent. Found out from another person that used this guy fir awhile and then switched to another agent who saved them another 100$. No way someone should be paying close to 300$ for a vehicle from 2013 thats worth half of the 4runner I had. Which I paid about 30$ more for the insurance on that 4runner. Matt is a scam artist. Hidden fees, always raising insurance without any infractions towards myself or my vehicle. I have home owners insurance through them, own a 2019 4runner with over 100k miles, they are still charging me $350 for almost full coverage with a high deductible. Eventually I will be leaving this firm at the least, maybe even finding a new insurance company."

"This is hands down, the most attentive and professional insurance service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Naomi is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and goes that extra mile to work with you and make sure you get the coverage you need at a fair price! She made the process of switching incredibly smooth, and making adjustments and changes quick, easy and hassle-free! For context, I switched insurance companies after being with my previous company for 13 years (!!) because of the superior customer service and professionalism I've experienced with State Farm. Update - Nov 2025 We filed a claim for hail damage for our roof and Naomi Acero did an AMAZING job working with me and keeping me informed with the process and helping me address my concerns.
